Didn't finish my run last night. I almost did, but my knees weren't right all day long and I had decided that I wasn't going to even go to the gym to try to give them a rest. They felt a little bit better in the evening though so I decided to go to the gym anyway...
I got through to 20 minutes of my 25 minute run; my knees were hurting but manageable, and the run had been VERY difficult - I was really feeling it especially in the first 10 minutes. At 20 minutes I was feeling confident of finishing and I accidentally hit the stop button on the treadmill. I quickly restarted it but did a something to my knee and had also totally lost my rhythm so ended up quitting.
Yeah there's no other way to say it - I quit. I could have kept going but didn't. Not happy with myself but I'm not going to let that be a reason to stop altogether like I have done before.
By the way, I did take my photos on Friday. They do not look good - at all. I can't believe how big I look wearing skin tight clothes. Luckily it makes me realise ho much work I have to do to get where I'm going, and that I really can't afford to slip - not even once!
