Weigh In - Week 4

Both a good and bad week this week. I've done slightly better than target for weight loss again, but exercise has taken a back seat.

My knee problems weren't getting any better, so it was with regret on Sunday that I decided to give them a rest and return to running once they'd healed up a bit. My initial plan was to rest them for the rest of the week, so I'll go back to to the gym today in the hope they feel a bit better and come up with a new run plan - one that doesn't involve running every day because that's hurt my knees a total of three times now so obviously doesn't work. Maybe once I get my weight down a bit more it won't be as much of a problem.

Despite that I've been very careful about what I'm eating and I've still managed to hit my target weight this week with a loss of 3.5lbs, so I'm still well and truly on track.

So new plan of attack and new training regime starts this week, but I haven't quite decided what that will be yet. I think I need to mix in some weight training at some point so there's no time like the present!

PS you may have noticed I now have a table on the left that displays my current running/weight loss stats. It was just easier to edit it there than put it at the end of every post.
