Good week this week. 5lb off. That means if I can hit my adjusted target (2.8lb) next week I'll be under 20st again. I just hope either my knees hold out long enough or I can find other exercise to do without damaging them any more if not. I'm sure I can though.
I need to really push now. I need to get well ahead of the curve for when I go away, because no matter what my intentions are for when I'm away, the ease of eating convenience and restaurant food is likely to take over. Having said that it will be European convenience and restaurant food so it'll be a lot better than the stuff over here!
I need to start taking pictures of myself each week so I can see the visual difference this is making as well. I have one particular picture of myself from when I was over 25st, and seeing it when I got back from holiday really shocked me - I was effing huge. In fact here it is. In case you haven't guessed I'm the guy in the middle...
Terrible isn't it. In truth I honestly don't think I was actually that big - the wet t-shirt makes me look slightly more round, but I was huge, and I'm always horrified to see that picture. I definitely need to start taking weekly photos to upload here...
