Hoorah for a wet arse

Woke up to find it had rained on the bike last night, so had a wet arse on the way to work this morning. I still do so can't stand up until it dries or I'll look like I've pissed myself!

The run last night went well - the initial run bit was as difficult/tedious as ever but for the intervals section I actually felt pretty strong, to the extent that starting next week I'm going to start reducing the 'slow' interval time and increasing the 'fast' interval time to make it a challenge. According to the plan by doing this I'll be running a 5k (admittedly on the treadmill) in under 30 minutes. I'll believe it when I see it but there's only me stopping myself.

Didn't run this morning but it was concious choice - too awkward to pack all my bags and fit my gym stuff in only one of my 2 small bags on the bike so I'll go tonight when I get home. I have to stay later than usual for a meeting tonight so I'll be filtering like crazy on the M25/M1 most likely...
