Weigh in - Week 2

Having been stuck at work down south until 5 yesterday I didn't get back until almost 9pm last night, and after a 200 mile bike journey resulting in a very numb arse and legs I could barely feel, I made the difficult decision to skip running yesterday. I fully intend to fit an extra run in either Saturday or Sunday to make up for it, but I still feel bad for missing a day.

Had my weigh in this morning and I'm a little disappointed if I'm honest. I was hoping for at least 4-5lbs considering that I've stuck rigidly to my calorie and excercise plan every day, but I only lost 2 3/4lbs this week. It's still going in the right direction but I can't help wondering where exactly I went wrong really considering I cheated a LOT the week before and lost 4lb.

Maybe this week's effort will kick in for next week - I certainly hope so. The good news is I haven't got pissed off about it and given up - I'm just as determined as ever to drop a lot of weight before my holiday.
