Not a bad week considering the fact I had a relatively bad weekend and a terrible Monday really. 4lbs lost which is about a pound ahead of my target. Secretly I always hope for a little more in a first week (my record in the past has been 10lbs in my first week of Weight Watchers) but having had a bad start I think I'm satisfied with that, and it doesn't give me false hope for next week
Another 4lbs each week would put me well on the way to being almost down to 19st by the time my bike holiday comes around and I'd be very happy with that.
Running was hard last night. Not the running itself - that didn't feel too bad in the end, but I made the mistake of sitting down for 5 minutes when I got in from my long drive home and 5 minutes turned into almost 2 hours, and the motivation for the gym was through the floor by then. I went though and ran my target, all the while laughing at the guy in the beanie hat and 4 layers of clothes thinking that making yourself super hot when training makes it a better workout. He's a douche...
